  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes: CNC/manual machining, grinding, spark erosion, wire cutting
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
  • Ability to read and create 2D drawings
  • Knowledge of technical drawing standards, tolerances, and measurement techniques
  • Basic knowledge of materials science
  • Experience in mold design (e.g., injection molds) is a plus
  • Fluent in Finnish and good command of English; Swedish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop production tools, jigs, and fixtures for blade manufacturing
  • Coordinate procurement of spare parts
  • Participate in practical implementation and problem-solving in tool manufacturing
